C.O.B. RSVP FORM

Will you be attending this year's Annual C.O.B. Weekend 2011? Please fill out the form below, and mail your dues check made out to "C.O.B." to the address below. Please also indicate "attending" or "not attending" in the memo area on the bottom of the check.

COB dues are $50.00 per year if received before October 1, 2011 Dues are $75.00 if received later or on game day.

Dues must be paid prior to Friday's match in order to particpate in COB/USC match as well as the pre-game football tailgate. No exceptions.

*Reminder: Checks for C.O.B. weekend should be made out to "C.O.B.".  Donations for the non-profit 501(c)3 should be made out to "C.O.B. Foundation and mailed to the same address. Any left-over funds from COB weekend may be deposited into the non-profit account at the COB Board's discretion to help assist the current USC Rugby Club.
